The Piedmont Wildlife Center requested fundraiser tickets, promotional flyers, VIP fundraiser stickers (I only changed the slogan), and "save the date" postcards as a reminder for former donors about Piedmont Wildlife Center's annual fundraising event "Night in the Woods" benefit Auction and Gala. The fundraising event is held yearly for the nonprofit so they can "continue to offer year-round programming dedicated to fostering positive engagement with nature". The campaign was successful as it drew new supporters to the nonprofits purpose.
The following are pages taken from the Piedmont Wildlife Center Brand Guidelines I used to rebrand their fundraising items (stickers, raffle tickets, posters, and postcards).
For the posters, tickets, and postcards, I created three different themes during my first phase of designing PR material for the fundraiser. The fundraising team eventually chose one main theme that I designed to brand and advertise the fundraising event. The final designs were approved and mailed out to donors, VIP attendees, miscellaneous guests, and used as online advertisements.
